Daniel Cudone, CPM, is President and owner of TriState Realty Corporation, a regionally active, full service commercial real estate company situated in Forest Hill, Harford County, Maryland. He is also the President of TriState Commercial Management Corp., a property and asset management company. He has been active in the commercial and industrial real estate field for 48 years, and has participated in the development, leasing and management of approximately 20,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Previously, he was a Vice President of Leasing and Management for the JacksonCross Company (Wilmington, DE) and for the Baltimore real estate firms of Casey & Associates and the David Kornblatt Company.

Mr. Cudone has had extensive experience in negotiating commercial lease and sales transactions, representing both Landlords and Tenants. His Maryland projects have included The First Maryland Building (250,000 SF), St. Paul Plaza (325,000 SF), First Center Building (275,000 SF), Box Hill Corporate Center (200,000 SF), Wyndemede Corporate Center, 22 West Allegheny Ave. (25,000 SF), 212 South Bond Street (30,000 SF), the Atwood Professional Center (50,000 SF), the Slavie Executive Center (25,000 SF), Aberdeen Market Place, Aberdeen Station, and the Greenbrier Shopping Center. Selected clients (including Tenant Representation) have been MillSource, Inc., The DuPont Company, MBNA America, MM&T Bank, Getty Oil Company, Exxon, Crown Central Petroleum, Trammell Crow Corporate Services, Inc., Alex Brown Realty Advisors, Verizon, Louis Dreyfus Energy Corp., City of Havre de Grace, Mars Super Markets, Inc., Philadelphia Electric, Victor Posner Enterprises, Heritage Properties, Inc., Land Capital Group, Stewart Associates and Sara Lee Corporation. He has also participated as a development team member and broker in numerous developments, including Aberdeen Marketplace, Woodbridge Center, Greenbrier Shopping Center, St. Paul Plaza, Atwood Professional Center, Box Hill Corporate Center, Delancy Plaza, Aberdeen Station and the Slavie Executive Center.

Mr. Cudone has received the CPM designation (Certified Property Manager) from IREM and has been involved in the property/asset management of nearly 8,000,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial buildings and land, in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland . Some of these properties, in Delaware, include the Delaware Trust Building, Bank of Delaware Building, University Plaza Shopping Center and Peninsula Industrial Park, and, in Maryland, he has managed Baltimore office buildings such as 25 South Charles Street, 501 Saint Paul Place and Paca Pratt Office Building and retail centers such as Aberdeen Marketplace, Festival at Riva Road, 139 W. Main Street, and the Annapolis Festival.

Mr. Cudone is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and has completed graduate studies at the University of Montpellier, France, and the University of Delaware. Mr. Cudone is a licensed broker in both Delaware and Maryland and has received the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) as a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is past President of the Baltimore Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Mr. Cudone has also served on the Board of Directors of Lexington Market, Inc., the Harford County Design Advisory Group, Bel Air Downtown Revitalization Alliance, The John Carroll School and is a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program.
