Daniel Cudone, CPM, is President and owner of TriState Commercial Realty Corporation, a regionally active, full-service commercial real estate company, located in Forest Hill, Harford County, Maryland.
Dan has been active in the commercial and industrial real estate industry for over 35 years and has participated in the development, leasing and management of more than 15,000,000 square feet of real estate in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Dan has had extensive experience in negotiating commercial lease and sales transactions, representing both Landlords and Tenants in Delaware and Maryland, including Market Tower, Delaware Trust Building, University Plaza, the First Maryland Building, St. Paul Plaza, First Center Building, 22 West Allegheny Ave, and the Greenbrier Shopping Center.
Selected clients have been Wilmingtom Trust Bank, The DuPont Company, MBNA America, allfirst, Getty Oil Company, Exxon, Trammell Crow Corporate Services, Inc., Alex Brown Realty, Heritage Properties, Verizon, Louis Dreyfus Energy Corp., Mars Super Markets, Inc., Philadelphia Electric, David S. Brown Enterprises, and Sara Lee Corporation. Dan has also participated as a development team member and broker in retail projects such as Aberdeen Marketplace, Woodbridge Center, Greenbrier Shopping Center, St. Paul Plaza, First Center, Atwood Professional Center and Box Hill Corporate Center.
Dan is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and has completed graduate studies at the University of Montpellier, France and the University of Delaware. He is a licensed broker in both Delaware and Maryland. He has received the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) as a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Dan is past President of the Baltimore Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Dan also currently serves on the Board of Trustees of The John Carroll School and is a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program. |
